I might be going to a Pony convention this summer (www.everfreenw.com), and I'm kinda excited! I'd like to go to sell things (plushies, jewelry, customs...), but I'm not sure if I can afford to get myself up there. It would definitely be fun to meet up with people who are also going, though!
If there are people who will be going who are interested in commissions, i'd definitely be up for making and bringing them there especially. Not sure if there'd be any takers, though.
